Refund policy

We try to ship our parcels within 48 hours of placing the order. There are times when it may take up to 72 hours, but we make every effort to keep this time as short as possible.

We offer the following delivery methods:

parcel lockers – operated by InPost (https://inpost.pl/),

courier – operated by DPD (https://www.dpd.com/pl/pl/).

The cost and delivery time depend on the selected form and destination address and are always provided for your approval before placing the order.

We make every effort to ensure that the quality of our products meets the requirements of our customers. However, if you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us at info@dryanlabs.pl and let us know what was wrong. Our team will investigate your case and contact you with a proposal to resolve the situation, no later than within 7 days from sending the e-mail with a description. Depending on our arrangements, this may be an exchange of the product for a new one, a refund of the price paid or a refund in the form of a voucher to be used in our store. As sellers, we are responsible for product defects in accordance with the provisions of the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act.

Return

Pursuant to the Act, the consumer has 14 days to make a return, from the date of receipt of the parcel. The returned product must be sent back in its original and closed packaging. Please write your withdrawal from the contract and attach it to the package with the returned item.

In promotional situations, when the parcel is sent at our expense, the return cost is borne by the buyer.

We have 14 days from the date of withdrawal from the contract by the customer to consider the return and refund the money. The issue of returns is discussed in detail in our privacy policy and the regulations that you accept by purchasing from us.


Exchange

Exchange is not possible with us, to exchange the purchased product, you must first return it and then re-order the product you are interested in.


Complaints

Complaints should be reported to us first by e-mail to: info@dryanlabs.com

along with the order number, the described defect, and attached photos of the defects. Then, a written complaint letter containing customer and order details, together with contact details, should be attached to the package and sent back together with the defective product to the following address:

After receiving the return package from the customer, we have 14 days to consider the complaint. You will receive decisions from us by e-mail to the address provided in the complaint letter. Issues related to complaints are discussed in detail in our privacy policy and regulations, which you accept by making purchases in our online store www.dryanlabs.com
